Latvian Memorial Park in the Catskills

The Latvian Memorial Park is a Latvian Cemetery in the Catskills. It was established by the Latvian Disabled Veterans Association in the 1960os.

Organized burial ceremonies take place twice a year: Memorial Day weekend and in October. The next ceremony is Sunday, October 10, 2010, 12 noon. (A candlelight service takes place Saturday evening (October 9) at dusk.) Pastor Olgerts Sniedze will be presiding. Everyone is welcome!
